At Mandy’s Beauty Supply (MBS), customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for an online store credit or exchange within 14 Days of delivery, as long as the purchase have not been alter or used.

Our our refund & return policy is as follows:

We are pleased to accommodate refund & return requests within 14 days of delivery on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, tampered with, and the band has not been broken. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full online store credit nor an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Please note that FREE GIFTS must be returned with your purchase.


Mandy’s Beauty Supply does not issue credit/debit refunds for any reason or circumstance, however we are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a an E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on our website. E-Gift Cards will never expire!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your MBS account.

*Any product that was not paid in full amount within the MBS Online Store is considered a sales item. If you used a promo code at checkout that constitutes for a sales item. If you selected items that were on clearance, had an instant saver, BOGO, Bundle Deals, Mobile App Offer, or you took advantage of any promotional deal offered by Mandy’s Beauty Supply, your items fall under sales items and are not eligible for return/exchange.


In the event you need to exchange your hair, you will need to do so within 14 days by notifying us email or contact form on website. If you need to exchange hair that’s been ordered via the website the purchaser is responsible for all return fees associated with shipping and postage. The hair needs to be in its original state and original packaging, exactly how it was sold to you including tags, bags and original receipt.

Products that have been custom colored/dyed, at the request of the client, or colored/dyed by the customer or their stylist are not refundable and may not be exchanged.

The hair should not be used or altered such as combed, brushed, picked out, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached or colored, etc.

All exchanges are subject to the approval of MBS management.  If you decide to select a product in exchange of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, due to the sanitary and hygiene nature

The following products are not eligible for returns

  • Combs/Brushes/Clips
  • Satin scarf/Bonnets
  • Micro-beads
  • Wigs (lace fronts wig, lace closure wig, lace wig. etc.)

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial online store credit can be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
