Beauty Advisor FAQ'S
We are looking for individuals who are Reliable, Intuitive, and Ready to be challenged on a consistent basis. You must also be ready to wear many “hats”, as we have many growing aspects of our business that NEED Capable and Confident people who are ready to grow with MBS.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs and answer questions about the products we carry as well as recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
The Beauty Advisor position contributes to the growth of MBS by cultivating customer relationships with Responsiveness, Respect, and Communication. You will work both independently and as part of a team to reach our customer satisfaction goals.
We have full-time and part-time positions available between the hours of
Monday through Friday: 10am to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 8pm
Sunday: 1:30pm to 7pm.
Experience with quickly resolving customer issues, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
Ability to Communicate Clearly and Professionally
Highly developed sense of Integrity and Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Demonstrates a Passion for Excellence with Respect to treating and caring for customers
Organized with the ability to multitask, Prioritize and Manage Time
Has a “thick skin” – able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
Possesses a Pleasant, Patient and Friendly Attitude
Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime, as needed
Possesses a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave MBS satisfied.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers questions about specific products
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Ensure shelves are fully stocked
Coordinate with other Beauty Advisors to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts, special offers, and Our Rewards Program
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with NEW products
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Handle incoming/outbound phone calls, customer inquiries and order taking
Ability to close sales over the phone and retail store
Process credit card transactions
Show initiative by Identifying and Analyzing Problems and Proposing Acceptable Solutions
Respond to customers questions Effectively and Professionally
